Salt Spray Chamber is primarily used for donating neutral salt spray tests that is used to check the resistance of the coating towards the corrosive environment. The salt atmosphere is generated through the atomizing nozzle that uses compressed air to siphon the salt solution from the reservoir. These are compressed air that is first warmed and Saturday by bubbling through heated water stored in the saturation tower. Salt Spray Chamber is a lab simulation of a corrosive saline environment. It is designed to test the performance of items on their surfaces after corrosive protection treatment such as painting, coating, galvanizing, anodising, lubrication, and many more.
